Foothill Flats is a new family-run campground conveniently located just off of I-70 in Limon, making us an ideal location for anyone looking for month-to-month accommodations or passing through for the night.

Everything you need for dependable monthly accommodations or a quick stopover with convenient access just off I-70 for gas, groceries, and essentials while staying tucked away enough for a quiet night’s rest.
Please note that we do NOT yet have public laundry, restroom, or shower facilities.
32 big rig friendly pull through sites - 85' long x 35' wide with full hookup (20/30/50 amp, sewer, and water) and gravel pads
Fiber internet for streaming, remote work, or staying connected

Foothill Flats grew out of Jacob and Allison's shared love for traveling, meeting new people, and spending time outdoors. We’ve built a park that’s simple, comfortable, and reliable for month-to-month guests and short-term travelers alike. One of us is always on site, so we’re around if you have any questions or just want to say “Hi!”.
